Online Dangers

Many people have signed up to many different websites and clubs that are on the internet. But many people can be robbed of identity and personal belongings. For example women can meet men through online dating and before the woman knows it, the man has robbed her of her credit card information, her address, and many other important information. People can also send emails from that look like they're from Microsoft, claiming that your computer is at risk. The email  may ask for your security credentials for your laptop or PC. This is spam and you will lose control of your computer. Now everything on your computer is property of the person who sent the email. Your browsing history, emails that you have sent to people and information that you put into trusted websites. That person now owns you. The internet is a very dangerous place if you are not careful of doing your research and making sure that company's are ligament. Even accepting friend requests on social networking sites can be dangerous if you are not aware of who the person is. This is why it is very important to be aware of your surroundings online.
